Our client portal provides 24/7 access to a summary of all your policies, copies of policies and endorsements, certificates and Auto ID Cards. Please contact us with any questions regarding using the portal. Thank you for your business and loyalty!
FIRST TIME USE REGISTRATION
- CLICK “Register Account” link under login section the right.
- Information needed for registration:
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Policy Number (Don’t enter spaces or dashes)
- If your information is not registering, please contact our office as the phone number/email/policy number must match exactly what we have on file.
FEATURES AVAILABLE ON THE CLIENT PORTAL
- View Policies: Provides an overview of all current policies. By clicking on the documents link adjacent to each policy, you can access documents associated specifically with that policy.
- Access Documents: Grants you access to all documents uploaded to your client portal.
- Print Auto ID Card: For clients with an auto policy under Weaver & Associates, this feature enables instant printing of auto ID cards.
- Issue a Certificate: Upon configuration of a certificate template within your account, this function empowers you to promptly generate certificates independently.
- Reprint Previously Issued Certificates: Accessible through the “Manage Certificates” section, this option allows you to reprint certificates that have been issued previously. Simply navigate to “Reprint Certificates” to proceed.
