Classical Kaleidoscope Concert

Head to the Arcadia Public Library at 7:00 p.m. on January 27th to attend the Classical Kaleidoscope Concert. The String Sextet No. 1 in B-flat major, Op. 18 by Johannes Brahms (you probably know his Lullaby) will be performed, as will Herbert Howells’ Fantasy String Quartet. If the beautiful music piques your interest, you can stay after to learn more from the musicians. Refreshments will be served.
Water Harvesting at The Arboretum
The next installment in the Arboretum’s Crescent Farm Series, Water Harvesting, will be held on January 30th. At it, you’ll learn nine core water harvesting techniques that you can use in your yard to gather more of this precious natural resource. Enjoy a more beautiful yard after you attend this free (with admission) event at 10:00 a.m.
